A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Hey friend, it has been awhile

It is hard to believe three months have passed since we hiked our "go to" place, but time flies. We made use of the break in the rain on Saturday, did a quick hike and then tackled our long list of to dos throughout the latter part of the day. A few items to note: we saw a brown salamander on the trail (a first), saw several avalanche lilies (which I have only seen up at Mt. Rainier in the snow) and a woman was being brought down on a stretcher (a first). All of which goes to show that even "go to" places can have their moments of new and interesting.
