An afternoon at Denny Creek and beyond

If you want a quick outdoor adventure for small children then Denny Creek is a good bet. The hike is pretty short and flat and ends at a beautiful river which is always a good idea for picnics or playing in the water. For the more adventurous you can continue on another .7 miles to Keekwulee Falls which is not only beautiful scenery but a fantastic way to ditch the crowds. This October has turned out to be a picture perfect one so we are doing our best to get outside and explore as much as possible before the weather changes and the snow comes.
