If these fries were only $1 and you could super size them, I would like to think that people would be all over these instead of those greasy, limp, poor excuse for french fries. Cooking Light featured these on the front cover of their latest issue. I changed the recipe quite a bit, but even my toughest critic gave me the thumbs up.
