A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

New perspective on the term "a snails pace"

Last night it rained harder than it has in a long time, as a result all the snails crowded onto the sidewalks of West Seattle. We saw more snails on that walk than all the time that we have lived here in Washington, we stopped counting at around forty. The little babies were particularly cute and so we just had to take their photo. Since I did not have my camera with me, we had to transport them the three miles home for a photo shoot. They were crawling all over our hands, thus leading me to the conclusion that snails actually move pretty quickly.
