A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Desert Ride

Horseback riding through the desert was always something that I have wanted to do. On our recent trip to Arizona we were able to do so. Cameron and I lucked out (as usual) when it came to a tour. We were the only people along with our guide, Chuck, who later found out was the owner. He spent time pointing out the different kinds of cactus everything from prickly pear to barrel cactus etc., mesquite trees (which happen to be part of the legume family- who knew?)

Cameron's horse, Desperado always wanted to be leading the pack and Chuck had to tell him several times to slow down. Desperado does not like to fool around. The sun felt great and Chuck was more than willing to take our photo. He wanted us to hold hands for the photo which I thought would look kind of silly, but they turned out and make for good memories.
