I love pumpkin flavored foods, so I decided it was high time I made some pumpkin muffins. Cooking Light knew and voila they had a recipe in their October issue awaiting me. They were turned out quite yummy, but next time I am going to make more of a crumb topping. Since I made baby muffins I thought it might be a bit much and it would all fall off. Hey have I said I love fall yet??
