Every chance I get I try to be outdoors. I enjoy running and all the new scenery Seattle has to offer. On one such run, I ran by this little boy. He said something to me and I did not hear him so I said, "what?" he repeated "are you tired?" I did not know how to respond to this, but before I could answer he said, "well you better keep moving". Instantly I found this quite amusing, then I thought how it is probably something his parents tell him, then I started to think about how profound a statement it is. "You better keep moving" can be a motto we can apply to all roadblocks in our lives, whether mental or physical. I love how kids can be so profound and they do not even try to be.
