A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Baby it's cold outside

Since we have been married, it has been our family tradition to go on the Argosy Christmas ships each year. It involves frigid temperatures, a local choir group, sometimes cheesy looking Santa, sipping hot chocolate, blaring Christmas music, singing and dancing and an overall festive feeling in the air. This year did not disappoint by being extra nippy, the hot chocolate extra hot and the company as wonderful as always.

I tried to play it cool without out the hat, but after five minutes my ears could not take it anymore.

We took off from Pier 55 and then headed out past Blake Island to Manchester Beach, then made our way back toward the city, but first stopping at the Olympic Sculpture Park. It is convenient and fun to live so close to downtown.

This particular Santa was all about being in pictures. He eagerly wrapped his arm around you, which was a little creepy, but since it is Santa I guess it is alright.
