I love mushrooms, I love onions and I love cheese, so to come across a recipe that utilized all three ingredients made my day. I discovered this Mushroom Tart while perusing my Great Food Fast cookbook the other day and knew I just had to make it. Next time I will pile on the mushrooms, onions and spinach a tad more, but then again I did not follow the recipe for quantities, instead I just used what I had on hand.
