A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Love is a verb

Every couple holds a unique world view and a different set of values. For us, early on we established a strong desire for exploration, activity and discovery together. As easy as it would be to venture off on our individual interests; the time spent together pursuing the same interests is far more rewarding. Just as we encourage one another to push a little harder when we are doing something physical, we also push each other to become collectively and individually better people. All the hours we spend outdoors, devoid of distractions, allows us endless time for conversations and the ability to find deep joy in spending time with one another.

Here I pause before we made our ascent up the side of the mountain.

As we hiked up and over the ridges to Snow Lake, the wind was not our constant companion and for that we were truly grateful.

The sky was very dynamic that day, a constant dance between grey and blue.

When we arrived at Snow Lake, it was picture perfect. The entire trek up, we came across a half dozen back country skiers at the most.

The vistas are glorious.........

and if you want to feel small, make this your weekend playground. We are certainly glad we have.

No matter how many times we are up there, I always feel the need to stop and soak up every possible viewpoint. I know I plan to come back, but there is always something special about the sky, the snow or the moment that can never be recreated.
