As I pulled out our Easter baskets, I paused for a moment to recall where I had stored the Easter grass. Suddenly I remembered I had switched to edible Easter grass last year. While I was searching for my edible easter grass, I also came across biodegradable easter grass, which is a good alternative to the edible kind. I am so happy to see there are options out there for us environmentally conscious folks.
