A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Around town

Last week I found myself downtown with a couple hours to kill. What better way to use my time than strolling around Pike Place Market? I think it is important to remember to be a tourist even in the city in which you live. I never want to be one of those people who never do the quintessential Seattle things, just because I am a snobby resident.

At the market, I made certain to pick up some fingerling potatoes and a bunch of multi colored carrots. For some reason purple carrots are really much more exciting than orange ones. I am always drawn to the flowers, and for five bucks a bunch they provide instant happiness.
