A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Las Isletas

When volcanoes blow, they oftentimes create beautiful land formations. Over 10,000 years ago 365 islands were formed on Lake Nicaragua when a volcano blew. One morning while in Granada, we drove down to Lake Nicaragua and boarded a boat for our very own private tour of the islands. In general, not many people are traveling around Nicaragua, so most tours end up being private ones.

Fishing is paramount not only for sustenance, but for a living. Mombacho in the background.

 Monkeying around.

Even in the most remote places, people are on their cell phones. It is crazy!
