A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

We need a good excuse to arise at 5 am while on vacation and Tracy Arm was just the ticket. It was a chilly morning, but armed with our hot chocolate and extra layers we witnessed the waterfalls, the icebergs and then eventually the glacier. The turquoise water reminded us of Lake Josephine in Glacier National Park last Summer.

This is why cruises to Alaska are rated the most scenic and beautiful cruises out there.

The grand finale was arriving at the glacier. The water below the glacier was littered with hundreds of icebergs.

It was a spectacular (albeit chilly) morning spent cursing along the fjord.

And soon there will be three.....

Alaska, the last frontier
