A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Preview to fall hiking

Fall is creeping up the mountain sides. The glimpses of changing color gets me excited for the upcoming season. Pumpkins, gourds, fires, and cooler nights.

We have been experiencing something like 45-50 days of no rainfall. It is weird how you do not appreciate something until it is no longer around. Our lawn and yard would welcome any and all drops of rain.

This mushroom looked like a gigantic stack of pancakes.........the poison variety that is.

Good, flat rocks are essential for a nice lunch spot.

Here I am at almost six months pregnant. Everyone keeps telling me I am small or barely showing, but I beg to differ. I definitely notice running or hiking with all this additional poundage.

Impromptu fun
