Birthdays are truly be the best! Not only are they a built in way to honor and celebrate a single person, but they oftentimes filled with surprises, treats, eating out and other decadence. We recently celebrated my mother's birthday and I found it a fitting occasion to try some new salted caramel gelato and make a tried and true favorite: Hot Chocolate Fudge Cakes. Birthdays are really a happy occasion for everyone involved.
