is a flurry of activity morning, noon or night. There is not only kite flying, picnicking, and people watching galore, but all types of water and air traffic. Recently, we spent one evening at that park and much to our delight discovered a beaver. With Seattle boasting more parks than most cities it is fun to discover pockets of nature and spend an evening watching seaplanes take off and land, sailboats breeze on by and a beaver busily building a dam all with the city and the Space Needle as their back drop.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.
When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.
