Do you think you are photogenic?
On my birthday I wanted to take some updated photographs for this blog. As Cameron started to snap away I noticed how awkward I felt having my photograph taken. I hate to admit it, but in high school I did not even have Senior photos taken because I hated getting my photo taken so much. It is not that I dislike how I look, I just have never felt like I am particularly photogenic. Flash forward many years since high school and I still prefer to have my photo taken with someone else.
The trouble with there being just the two of us is that we have to take an "either or" approach. I can either take a photograph of Cameron or he can take a photograph of me, if we are feeling like we want a really close up photograph we can take one of ourselves. Needless to say, I prefer to be behind the camera instead of being in front of the camera, which works out well because Cameron is much more photogenic than I am.
After much deliberation, we are finally going to get some family photos taken. We have not had professional photographs taken since we were married, so I think it is high time to do so. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good photographer in Seattle?
