Parfait

One night, I was craving ice cream. As we got in the car, I randomly remembered there was an ice cream place called Parfait and plugged it into my phone. Ten minutes later we arrived at Parfait, the cutest little ice cream shop in Old Ballard. To my surprise not only is their ice cream made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, but it is organic. I chose the Chocolate Mint and Cameron went with Chocolate Peanut Butter. I loved how the Chocolate Mint had the true essence of mint and not the usual artificial mint flavoring. It was the perfect place for an impromptu evening adventure with the family. I am eager to visit again and try some of their other flavors.
