A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Sea Wolf Bakers

Sea Wolf Bakers

This past Summer, we enjoyed a spectacular meal at Hama Hama Oysters with Outstanding in the Field. The meal was one of the highlights of our Summer and we were privileged to enjoy Sea Wolf Bakers bread right before their brick and mortar opened. Seven months later, we finally paid a visit to their retail shop and enjoyed a few tasty treats on a slow Saturday.

Sea Wolf Bakers has a clean and crisp minimalist aesthetic, ample seating, is a kid friendly space, and offers their delicious creations at reasonable prices. As one of the very few non coffee drinkers in Seattle it is nice to have a place to go where you don't leave wreaking of coffee. I could have spent an entire afternoon in their light and bright space working, reading or watching them make pastries.

Sea Wolf Bakers is a family-owned, Seattle craft bakery founded in 2014 by brothers Kit and Jesse Schumann. Born and raised in rural NW Washington, Kit and Jesse spent the past two and a half years baking out of borrowed kitchen spaces around Seattle. In August, Sea Wolf found its permanent home in North Lake Union.

Sea Wolf Bakers is a place we look forward to returning to again and again.
