A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Day trip to Port Townsend

Day trip to Port Townsend

Last Saturday it felt like Fall. The rain came, the wind came and we donned our sweaters for the first time in months. In the morning, we hopped a ferry to Southworth and made the short drive to Port Ludlow for a picnic lunch and then onto Port Townsend for the day. We had hoped to take a boat ride around Port Townsend, but the thunder, lightning and rain canceled all trips for the day. Instead we walked around town, played on the toy pirate ship and grabbed an ice cream cone for good measure. To be honest, it was nice to have a break from the heat and remember how much we love our moody PNW days.

In the evening we took the Bainbridge ferry home and saw the most beautiful rainbow. Grateful for these simple days spent together as a family.
