Washington State Fair
As a child I went to the Puyallup Fair. Every September, my parents would pick us up early from school on a Friday afternoon and we would head south to Puyallup to the fair. We would spend the ensuing hours looking at all the animals, riding a few rides and eating a few treats. Although not a whole lot has changed at the fair over the last twenty years, we still find it fun to share a little nostalgia from our childhood as we watch Jasper ride a few rides, eat some barbecue and ooooohhh and aaaahhh over the baby chicks and baby pigs. And there is nothing quite like wearing plaid and a Fisher scone to herald in the start of Fall.
