Lock's Cruise with Argosy

The sun was shining and the water was calling. So we hopped on the Lock’s Cruise with Argosy and enjoyed the best of what Seattle has to offer on a sunny day;. stunning vistas, vibrant city life, bustling parks and lots of sun worshippers on this glorious day. Whenever the weather is nice I dream of living on a houseboat or owning a sailboat. However, the rest of the year I don’t give it much thought.

These two will always be some of my favorite subjects to photograph. I love capturing their playful, loving relationship and know these will be photographs we will treasure for years to come.

After our Lock’s cruise we went and checked out the new Center for Wooden Boats. I look forward to giving Jasper the opportunity to learn how to sail in a couple of years. The thought of him cruising around Lake Union in a little sail boat sounds too cute for words.

You simply cannot go wrong with a day on the water when the sun is shining in Seattle.
