A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Schuh Farms in Mount Vernon, WA

We are in the midst of unpredictable weather. One moment we have sunshine and the next dark gloomy skies. On one such rain laden Saturday we drove up to Mount Vernon to check out Schuh Farms. Over the past couple of years, I had heard good things about not only their produce, but their milkshakes and decorative housewares.

Once we arrived at the farm we were delighted by their clever displays of pumpkins and gourds. A fenced area for goats caught our eye and as we approached we noticed their names were Cuddles and Sweetie Pie. Cuddles made a bee line for us and even stood on his hind legs to get closer. Cameron is such an amiable guy, it is no wonder the goats sensed this.

On that particular day, we walked away inspired by the season and the cornucopia of color before our eyes.
