A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Let's hear it for the 12th woman!

Let's hear it for the 12th woman!

With the buzz of the Super Bowl in the air, a lot has been mentioned about the 12th man in Seattle. There are signs, flags, and posters adorning windows, cars, houses and even the Space Needle. I have a couple of girl friends who are avid football fans, so in ode to them I thought it would be fun to honor the 12th woman.

When I think of the 12th woman I think of someone who enjoys being decked out in tasteful team spirit, while munching on equally festive treats. Most importantly, who loves the excitement and spirit of the game more than who wins or looses. One of my girl friends is making the trek to the Super Bowl, so I thought it would be fun to put together a little care package for her. You can easily adapt this gift idea for men by replacing the nail polish and umbrella ring dish with a foam finger and roasted nuts. Go hawks!

You will need the following to make your own kit:

Packet of tissue from Target

Blue and green chocolate candies and foil wrapped footballs from your local candy store. (If you live in Seattle, The Confectionary is my favorite candy store.)

One package of Skittles

Glitter nail polish

Orbit or another festive pack of gum

Green apple or Blue Bubblegum Jones soda

Umbrella ring dish from Anthropologie

Seattle Chocolates Volume 12 Bar
