When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

For you more observant readers, you might have realized I have a thing for butternut squash. So when my mother showed me this recipe, I thought I had better give it a try. The ingredients are simple and you probably have most of the items already on hand. However, I did not include the heavy cream, it just seemed unnecessary to me.
