Rainy days
As a PNW native I have experienced numerous rainy days in my lifetime. Over the years, I have learned that If you allow the rain to stop you from having fun you will end up spending a majority of your life from October to May indoors. On this particular rainy day we spent the morning making Pumpkin Chocolate Chip bread, went outside for an afternoon of epic puddle stomping and came back inside to enjoy the rewards of our hard work. I have never minded the rain, but now I have a good excuse to don my rubber boots and stomp around in all the puddles without looking like an idiot.
