A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Rainy Saturday

Rainy Saturday

Some times it feels like we have a glorious streak of weather and then Saturday comes and it does not rain, but it pours. On rainy days such as these we like to mix things up by visiting a museum, going out for brunch and even braving the pumpkin patch for a few last minute carving pumpkins. Cameron's parents made the long trek from Arizona to see us last weekend and although the weather did not cooperate we were able to visit with one another and show them a few new spots.

After brunch at the Salish Lodge it is always fun to check out Snoqualmie Falls. This time of year the water flows really strong and is quite an impressive sight.  A fun little fact: Cameron proposed to me at this very spot thirteen years ago last month.

The Museum of Flight is a favorite for my boys both young and old. There are so many big planes and kind, interesting docents at this museum.

The air rocket and touring the inside of the planes is always the highlight of our trip!

A very wet, muddy and short trip to Carpinito Brothers for some last minute carving pumpkins.
