Christmas Ships
It has been a long standing tradition in our family to go out on the Argosy Christmas Ships. In recent years, we have taken along friends or family, but in the beginning it was always just the two of us singing and dancing the night away on a boat in the darkness of the night. It has always felt festive and fun and we have a treasure trove of shared memories and funny stories from our time together on these boats. As our family has grown it has been fun to share this tradition with Jasper. Although he is not a fan of being cold or fireworks we still like to have him tag along with us and make the experience a whole new thing for us all.
I love how Jasper is not intimidated by strangers and will squeeze his way in to check out the view for himself.
It is not every day you see such a light laden boat.
And in true PNW style the Santa onboard had a warm cup of coffee or cocoa in his hand all night long.
It was a fun night out on the water and this time we were able to share it with our dear friend who was visiting us for the weekend. We love this time of year and all the fun traditions we have created as a family. We are excited to see which events speak most to Jasper and what things he will look forward to year after year.
