Long weekend at the Freestone Inn

When we want to get away from it all we come to Mazama and more often than not we come  stay at the Freestone Inn. The reason we keep coming back is simple, we love it there! We come for the peace and quiet, the proximity to hiking trails and because there is no other place quite like Mazama. If I could describe my "perfect day" it would be sunshine, hiking and spending time with my favorite guys. During our visit to the North Cascades we ate, hiked, ate some more, slept and then woke up the next day to do it all over again. Life in Mazama is simple, a handful of places to eat, more trails then you could explore in a lifetime and beautiful scenery at every turn.
