Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Apr 24 LaConner Tulip Festival

Outdoor adventures, "washington", "LaConner"

I was not sure if we were going to make it up to see the tulips this year, but one sunshine filled day Jasper and I hopped in the car and made the 1.5 hour drive up north. Our day was filled with beautiful blossoms, a warm breeze, a picnic, ice cream cones, a surprise Breadfarm pop up and plenty of smiles all around. Adventuring with a toddler is equal parts exhausting and fun. He was delighted to run around the fields, spot all the tractors (especially the ones driving on the road) and chatted my ear off on the drive home. I am grateful for my precocious toddler who keeps me hopping all day long and whom has become one of my dearest friends. I am excited for all the adventuring that Summer will bring.
