Camelback Mountain
One morning, we got up early and went hiking with Cameron’s brother and nephew at Camelback Mountain. It is a crazy popular hike because of its location and how relatively short a hike it is. At one stretch, it is so steep there is a handrail to help you get up and down and in another section there is a fence to prevent you from sliding off the mountain. I haven’t hiked there in years and had forgotten how steep it was, but Jasper was a good sport and Cameron was even a better sport for helping him up the mountain.
I love the subtle nuances of the desert.
One of my favorite parts of hiking in Arizona are the endless blue skies.
Taking a break at the top.
Hiking with the guys.
