A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Day adventure: Let's Go Sailing!

It was not until last year I found an economical, easy way to go sailing from downtown Seattle. I stumbled upon Let's Go Sailing, a great company who offer wonderful 1.5 hour or 2.5 hour sailing trips from the Seattle waterfront. Last Summer, we went one evening in July and had so much fun we have scheduled another sailing trip for this year. If you want to feel like you have the sailboat to yourself I recommend going midweek on the 4 or 5pm sailing.

We lucked out, it was a spectacular evening, but there were only five other people onboard.

The 1.5 hour cruise provides great views of the Olympic Sculpture Park and downtown.

White sails against blue skies are pure Summer perfection.

Seattle skyline in the distance.

The ride was smooth and we are looking for another sailing adventure soon.

Date night: Bistro Turkuaz, Molly Moon's and Madrona neighborhood walk

Day adventure: Gas Works Park
