A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Lessons learned from last week

1.  If you have ever wondered what to do with those ten pound books from your college days, they are ideal for pressing leaves. I am delighted with how my turned out from our excursion last weekend. They are the perfect addition to my Thanksgiving decor.
2.  A rainy, stormy evening was the perfect night to sit by the flicker of candlelight at Dinette. We were able to enjoy a scrumptious dinner with friends and the perks of living near the city. There is still something extra exhilarating about having a mid week night out. Who says all the fun must be reserved for the weekend?

3.  Keeping secrets, even really good ones are really hard for me to do.
4.  There is no shortage of daily inspiration or beautiful things to photograph.

What to do with all that squash??
