A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

Making plans: Spring to do list

Making plans: Spring to do list

There are so many exciting things to do as the days get longer and the weather becomes warmer. Here is a list of my top things to do this Spring:

Visit University of Washington's campus and check out the glorious cherry blossoms and spend some time in the Suzzallo Reading Room

Create fun Easter treats for our dinner guests and festive Easter treats to deliver to friends and neighbors.

Take a day trip to LaConner for the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.

Enjoy long walks around the neighborhood to take photographs of all the signs of spring

Make use of the influx of delicious berries to the farmer's markets by making this Old Fashion Berry Cake.

Take in a Mariner's baseball game or two.

Start to generate ideas for a festive Easter dinner

Enjoy spending more time outdoors in the evening whether it be going to a park or enjoying a picnic

Mail out homemade invitations to our Easter dinner or a Spring Social.

Start to make lighter fare for dinner like this easy salmon on a bed of watercress

Take to the water and go kayaking
