Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

For my birthday I had one request: Wake up in a tent with beautiful scenery. I had envisioned heading down to Mount Rainier to a popular campground. Waking up early the next morning and going on a hike. However, Cameron had something better in mind. Late Friday night we hiked in with headlamps to Snow Lake. The next morning we woke up lakeside and took an early morning hike to Gem Lake. The ground was frosty and the trail was empty. Oh how grateful I am for a man who works so hard to make my life special whether it is my birthday or not.
