A little bit about Lisette.....

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

This is my place to share my passion for life and to encourage you to take time to find the extraordinary in your life.

This coming October our sweet little Asher would have been turning the big FIVE!! In honor of him and every other baby who passes away too young I will be hosting a diaper/blanket/hat/gown work party in late September. In mid October, I will be making a large hospital donation in honor of Asher. I am looking for a few extra people who would like to get involved who can crochet, knit, sew or cut out patterns. If this is of interest to you please feel free to contact me about how you can get involved.

I don't often speak about my ongoing involvement with Teeny Tears, but it has become a very important cause for both me and my family. Ever since we were the recipients of such a loving and thoughtful gesture I am committed to doing what I can to honor families who will walk a similar path. The items we create are more than just diapers and blankets they are the only physical reminder these parents will ever have that their child was on this earth.

An interesting fact is that these diapers are made in sets, so they are able to bury the child in one diaper and keep the other as a memento. I can personally attest to both the power and importance of these items. The set we received for Asher will always be one of our most prized possessions.
