If you are looking for a nice, relaxing getaway for the weekend than Seabrook, WA is a great option. The houses are fully furnished, so all you need to do is pack your bags and plan your menu or forgo the home cooking and eat at their on site restaurant. Seabrook has great beach access, a small town feel and enough charm to keep you coming back again and again.

The route to Cutthroat Lake is a short, scenic hike with a gorgeous lake at the end. We started our hike early one frosty morning and were rewarded with a brilliant lake to ourselves.
When I was young I loved my birthday. I eagerly counted down the days before I could become "all powerful". Before I headed off to school, my mother would arm me with an enormous button which read. "It is my birthday I can do whatever I want". Although I am certain this made my teachers snicker, in theory this line perfectly described the day in my mind.
When I think of the Fall my thoughts turn toward foggy mornings, a crispness in the air, crunching leaves under foot, pots of delicious soup and apple crisps baking in the oven. There are so many wonderful sights and smells of Autumn.
